Ravelle Culinary Creations, LLC was established by Lauren Gresham (Chef Elle) in Buffalo, NY in the fall of 2012. Chef Elle was trained at the International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute) in Manhattan, NY. She graduated with honors in April 2014. Her vision was to create a small business that would ravel together all of her culinary interests and serve as a platform to help her share them with her community.
Ravelle seeks to provide its clientele with an indulgent experience to appeal to every one of their senses by offering a variety of services, including, but not limited to, premium gourmet baked goods, catering, private chef services, and cooking lessons.
